Teaching your children to cycle safely
Book Now
Which level course should I book for my child?
Beginners can't ride a two wheel bike yet and need assistance from an individual or have stabilisers on their bike
We will teach them to balance, steer and brake and when they are ready we can take the stabilisers off and they can ride on two wheels.
Improvers can ride a two wheel bike independently for 10 seconds but need assistance with starting and stopping
We will help them to improve their balance, steering and control and introduce them to some more advanced skills and safety information.
Level 1 can ride a two wheel bike competently, starting, stopping and steering accurately
They will practice and improve their skills and knowledge with obstacle courses designed to prepare them to ride on the road or in the park and earn their official Bikeablility Level 1 badge.
Level 2 can ride a two wheel bike competently, starting, stopping and steering accurately (9+ years)
They will learn how to deal with traffic on the road on short journeys and earn their official Bikeability Level 2 badge.

What is BikeabilityBikeability is today’s cycle training programme. It’s like cycling proficiency, but better!
